The reason? Its because of reports on the nonsense demands of Floyd Mayweather that both fighters go for a drug test first. Others say it was just some alibi to avoid fighting Pacquiao because Mayweather had seen the punching power of the new best pound for pound boxer against a much heavier fighter.
